About Spinc
Spinc provides care and support in people's own homes across Brighton and Hove. We work with people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, younger adults, people with physical disabilities or loss of sight or hearing, and people managing mental health conditions, eating disorders, or difficulties with alcohol and drugs. Covering that range means a template is no use, so we do not work from one. We sit down with the person, find out what they want their days to look like and where help is genuinely needed, and build the visits from there. Where somebody is living with an eating disorder, mealtime support calls for particular patience and consistency rather than ordinary prompting. Where somebody is managing a mental health condition or working through difficulties with alcohol or drugs, turning up reliably and without judgement does more good than any technique. We keep the same carers with the same households wherever the rota allows. Our most recent rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to discuss support in Brighton.
