We are Care Quality, a home care provider working across Brighton and Hove. We support older people, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, younger adults, and people recovering from an eating disorder. A range that broad has taught us not to offer one pattern of support and hope it lands. Recovery rarely runs in a straight line, and being dependable on the difficult weeks is most of what we are useful for. We work alongside health teams and specialist services rather than duplicating what they already do. Much of what we do is more everyday: personal care, medication, meals, mobility, household jobs, shopping, appointments and company, from carers the household already knows. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall, and we keep asking the people we support whether that still describes us.
