About Red Sea Community Programme
We are Red Sea Community Programme, and we provide care and support to adults in their own homes in Brent and the surrounding parts of London. Being rooted in the community we serve is part of how we work, and it means we can often match care workers to households in ways that take language, faith and family custom properly into account. We support older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and keeping the household going, and adults living with dementia, where a familiar face arriving at a predictable time achieves more than any technique. We also support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, and younger adults who want help to run their own home and to need us less over time. Everything starts with a visit and a proper conversation at home, with family or an advocate present if that is wanted. The plan is written with the person, records what matters to them and not only which tasks need doing, and is reviewed when circumstances change. Our staff are recruited with full checks and references, trained before working alone and properly supervised. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to talk about support at home.
