We are Reflection of Care, based in Sidcup, and we provide care in people's own homes across Bexley and nearby. We support older people and younger adults, and our purpose is the same in both cases: enough of the right help, at the right times, for somebody to carry on living where they want to live. We think home care is worth doing properly because home carries so much with it. Your own routine, your own kitchen, neighbours who notice you, the freedom to please yourself about when to get up and what to have for tea. We keep carers consistent wherever the rota allows. We are newly registered and have not yet had an overall rating published by the Care Quality Commission. We would rather say that plainly than have you find out later, and we are happy to answer any question you have about how we work.
