Where someone is managing a mental health condition or an eating disorder, we work alongside the health professionals already involved so that our support reinforces their plan rather than cutting across it, and we take care that mealtimes do not become a source of conflict. We keep teams small so people see familiar faces, train carers for the needs they will actually meet, and make sure families can reach someone.
