About Fountain Based
We provide care to people in their own homes across Dagenham and the surrounding parts of east London. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or a mental health condition, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment and people managing an eating disorder.
