Reline Care supports people in their own homes in Barking, Dagenham and the surrounding area. We are a home care agency, so our care workers come to you, and everything is arranged around your routine rather than ours. We support older people, including many living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults. Given that range, we plan each person's support from scratch after a proper conversation with them and with anyone else they want involved.
