Somebody waiting to be helped out of bed cannot do anything else in the meantime, so we plan our rotas so that visits arrive when we said they would, and we would sooner take on less work than more than we can properly cover. We keep the same small teams with the same people as far as we can, and we change plans when a situation changes rather than waiting for a review date to fall due.
