Here at Turning Point Hollygrove, we are a residential care home situated in the heart of Salisbury, Wiltshire, and we are proud to be a place where people genuinely feel at home. We support a range of people across our home, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with a learning disability or autism. We also offer respite care for those who need a short break from their usual living arrangements, whether that is planned or at short notice. Whatever brings someone to us, we take the time to understand who they are, what matters to them, and how we can best support them day to day. We know that choosing a care home, for yourself or for someone you love, is a significant decision. We do not take that lightly. From the very first conversation, we aim to be open and straightforward, so that people and their families feel informed and at ease. Once someone moves in, we work hard to make sure the support they receive fits around their life rather than the other way around. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which reflects the effort our whole team puts in to maintaining a safe, respectful and genuinely caring environment. We are always looking at how we can do better and we welcome feedback from the people we support and their loved ones. Salisbury is a wonderful place to be based, and whenever possible we encourage those we support to stay connected to their local community, whether that means getting out and about or bringing familiar faces in.
