About Claremont Care Home
Here at Claremont Care Home, we are proud to be a well established residential care home situated in the heart of Sale, Trafford. We provide a warm, homely environment where the people in our care feel genuinely comfortable, safe and respected as individuals. We support older people, younger adults and those who need a shorter stay with us through respite care. Whether someone moves in with us permanently or joins us for a temporary period of rest and recovery, we take the time to understand who they are, what matters to them and how they prefer to live their daily life. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good, which reflects the consistent effort our whole team puts in to making Claremont a place where people truly want to be. We do not take that rating for granted and we continue to look at how we can improve the experience for everyone who lives and works here. The atmosphere at Claremont is one we are genuinely proud of. Residents tell us, as do their families, that it feels like a real home rather than an institution. We work hard to maintain that feeling through thoughtful care, meaningful activities and by making sure that every person here has a voice in how their care is delivered. Families play an important role in life at Claremont and we encourage involvement at whatever level feels right for each family. We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not underestimate the trust that is placed in us.
