About Bennett Lodge
Here at Bennett Lodge, we are proud to be a care home rooted in the heart of Chadwell St Mary, Thurrock, offering a genuine sense of home to everyone who comes through our doors. We support a wide range of needs, including older person care, residential care, dementia care, physical disability, visual and hearing impairment, care for younger adults, and respite care. Whether someone is joining us for a short break or making Bennett Lodge their long term home, we work hard to make sure each person feels known, respected, and comfortable from day one. Dementia care sits close to the heart of what we do. We understand how important it is for people living with dementia to feel safe and familiar in their surroundings, and we put a great deal of thought into how we support not just the individual but their family too. The same thoughtfulness carries through everything we offer, whether that is helping someone manage a physical disability, supporting a younger adult with their independence, or giving a family carer a much needed period of rest. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which we are genuinely pleased about. It reflects the effort our whole team puts in day to day, and it gives families reassurance when they are making what can be a very difficult decision. We believe care works best when it is built around real relationships. We take the time to understand what matters to each resident, what their routines look like, what brings them comfort, and what they enjoy. That understanding shapes how we work. If you would like to find out more about life at Bennett Lodge or discuss whether we might be the right fit for your loved one, we would be very happy to hear from you.
