Here at The Willows, we are a residential care home based in Telford, Telford and Wrekin, and we are proud to support the people who live with us every single day. Our home is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine commitment our whole team brings to making life as comfortable, fulfilling and independent as possible for everyone in our care. We specialise in residential care, supporting people living with physical disabilities, and we also welcome younger adults who need a supportive and engaging environment to call home. We know that younger adults often have very different expectations and priorities, and we work hard to make sure our approach reflects that rather than applying a one size fits all mindset. Respite care is also an important part of what we do here. Whether someone needs a short stay to recover after a period in hospital, or a family carer simply needs a break knowing their loved one is in safe and capable hands, we aim to make every respite stay feel just as settled and personal as a longer term placement. Coming somewhere new, even briefly, can feel daunting, and we do everything we can to make that transition as smooth as possible. What matters most to us is that the people living here feel genuinely at home. That means listening carefully, involving residents in decisions about their own lives, and making sure the support we provide fits around each person rather than the other way around.
