About The Limes
Here at The Limes, we are a residential care home based in Telford, Telford and Wrekin, and we are proud to offer a warm and genuinely homely environment for the people who live with us. We specialise in residential care, supporting adults living with physical disabilities, as well as younger adults who may have needs that require a more tailored approach. We also offer respite care, which gives family members and unpaid carers the chance to take a break, knowing their loved one is in a safe and comfortable place. We understand that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a person or their family will ever make. We do not take that lightly. From the moment someone first gets in touch with us, we aim to be straightforward, honest and genuinely helpful, whether or not The Limes turns out to be the right fit for them. Our team works hard to make sure that each person living here is treated as an individual. Care plans are built around what matters to the person themselves, their routines, their preferences and the things that make their day feel good. We believe that living in a care home should not mean giving up on the things you enjoy or the way you like to do things. We are pleased to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistent effort our staff put in day to day. We are always looking at how we can do better and we welcome feedback from residents and families as a normal part of how we work. If you would like to find out more about life at The Limes or arrange a visit, we would be very happy to hear from you.
