Here at Golden Gorse Residential Care Home, we are proud to be part of the Minehead community in the heart of Somerset, offering a warm and genuinely homely environment for the people who live with us. We provide residential care for older people, as well as support for individuals living with a learning disability or autism. We also offer respite care, which can make a real difference to families and carers who need a reliable, caring place for their loved one to stay for a short period. We work closely with residents and their families to understand what matters to them, and we do our best to create an environment where people can enjoy their days with dignity and a real sense of belonging. Whether that means time spent socialising, pursuing hobbies or simply having a quiet moment, we try to make sure there is space for all of it. Our team knows many of our residents and their families well, and that continuity matters to us.
