At Arbor Way, we provide residential care for adults in the heart of Birmingham, Solihull, and we take genuine pride in the home we have built together as a team and community. We specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, and we also offer respite care for those who need a short break or some additional support during a difficult period. Continuity matters enormously to the people we support, particularly those living with autism or a learning disability, and we put a great deal of thought into how we recruit, train and retain our staff. We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, and we see that as an honest reflection of the work our team puts in day to day.
