Here at The Orchards, we are a residential care home nestled in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and we take real pride in the community we have built here. We support older adults across a range of needs, including residential care, dementia care and respite care, and we work hard to make sure every person who comes through our doors feels genuinely at home. We also offer respite care for those who need a short stay, whether that is to recover after a hospital admission or to give a family carer some time to rest. We want respite stays to feel as comfortable and settled as a longer term arrangement, so we put just as much care into welcoming short stay residents. We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, and while that recognition matters to us, what matters more is that the people in our care and their families feel confident and well supported.
