About Spring Cottage
Here at Spring Cottage, we offer a warm and homely environment for older adults in the heart of Padiham, Lancashire. We are a residential care home and our focus is on making sure every person who comes through our doors feels genuinely at ease, whether they are joining us for a longer term stay or coming to us for a period of respite care. We understand that moving into a care home, or even taking a short break from home, is a significant step for both the individual and their family. That is why we take the time to get to know each person properly, learning about their routines, preferences and the things that matter most to them. Good care, in our view, is built on real relationships and mutual respect. Our team supports older people with residential care needs, and we work hard to create an atmosphere that feels more like a community than an institution. Day to day life at Spring Cottage is shaped around the people who live here, not the other way around. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of good, which reflects the genuine effort our whole team puts in each day. We never see that as a reason to stand still though, and we are always looking at how we can continue to improve the experience for our residents and their loved ones. If you are looking for residential care or a respite placement for yourself or a family member in the Padiham area, we would warmly encourage you to get in touch or come and visit us. There is no better way to get a feel for Spring Cottage than to come and see it for yourself, and we are always happy to have a conversation about how we might be able to help.
