About Conifers Care Home
Here at Conifers Care Home, we provide residential and respite care for older people in the heart of Blackpool, Lancashire. We are a place where residents can feel genuinely at home, supported by a team that takes the time to get to know each person as an individual rather than simply attending to their needs. We understand that choosing a care home, whether for yourself or for someone you love, is one of the most significant decisions a family can make. We do not take that lightly. From the moment someone first gets in touch with us, we aim to be open, honest and straightforward, giving families the information and reassurance they need to feel confident in their choice. Our focus is on older person care, and we work hard to make sure daily life here feels meaningful and comfortable. That means listening carefully to what matters to each resident, respecting their routines and preferences, and making sure they have both companionship and privacy when they want it. For those who come to us for respite care, perhaps while a family carer takes a break or while someone recovers after a period in hospital, we work to make the transition as easy as possible. A short stay should still feel settled and well supported, and we put real effort into making sure it does. We were pleased to receive a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our whole team brings to the care we provide each day. We are always looking at how we can improve and grow, and we welcome feedback from residents and families as a natural part of how we work. If you would like to find out more about life at Conifers, we would be very happy to have a conversation or welcome you for a visit.
