About Social Services - 3 Wray Court
Here at Islington Social 3 Wray Court, we provide residential care for adults in the heart of Islington, London. We support people with learning disabilities and autism, those in need of respite care, and individuals working through alcohol or drug misuse. Our aim is straightforward: to offer a home where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported to live as well as possible. We understand that moving into a care setting, or supporting a loved one to do so, is a significant step. That is why we take the time to get to know each person properly before they arrive, and we continue to listen carefully throughout their time with us. Support is built around the individual, not the other way around. People have different needs, different routines, and different goals, and we try hard to honour that. For those who come to us for respite, we know the stay may be short but that does not mean it should feel unfamiliar or unsettling. We put real effort into making the environment welcoming from the very first day. Our work with people affected by alcohol or drug misuse sits alongside our residential and respite provision, and we approach this with honesty and without judgement. Recovery looks different for everyone, and we are here to support people at whatever stage they are at. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That matters to us, though what matters more is the feedback we hear from the people we support and their families day to day. If you would like to find out more about what we offer or come and have a look around, please do get in touch. We are always happy to talk.
