About Fairview
Here at Fairview, we are proud to call Tadley, Hampshire our home. We provide residential care for adults in a warm and welcoming environment where people feel genuinely valued and supported in their everyday lives. Our team has a great deal of experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, and we take real care to understand each person as an individual. We know that good support looks different for everyone, so we work closely with residents, families and other professionals to make sure that the care we provide actually fits the life each person wants to live. That means respecting routines, encouraging independence wherever possible, and making sure people have a real say in the decisions that affect them. We also offer respite care for people who need a short break from their usual living arrangements, as well as for the families and carers who support them. We understand that coming into an unfamiliar place can feel unsettling, and we work hard to make sure that anyone staying with us for a shorter period feels just as settled and at ease as those who live here permanently. We were pleased to receive a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection. We see that as an honest reflection of the effort our team puts in day to day, and it gives families some reassurance when they are thinking about whether Fairview might be the right place for someone they love. If you are considering care for yourself or for a family member, we would always encourage you to come and visit us. It is much easier to get a real sense of a place in person than from any written description, and we are very happy to answer any questions you might have.

Will they support end of life care, so there is no move at the hardest time?
Ask the home. End of life care is not listed on the register. Ask the manager whether residents can remain in the home with hospice or district nurse support.

Ask the home. The home has not told us which funding it accepts. Most homes take both council funded and self funded residents; ask about council rates and any top up.

Ask the home. The register does not say which age groups the home supports. Ask the home.
