About Orchard Lodge
Here at Orchard Lodge, we are proud to be a well established care home in the heart of Havant, Hampshire, providing a safe, homely environment where residents can feel genuinely settled and supported. We care for a range of people with differing needs, including older adults, individuals living with a learning disability or autism, and those with a physical disability. We also offer respite care for those who need a short break or some additional support for a period of time, whether that is planned or at short notice. Whatever brings someone to us, we aim to make sure they feel welcomed from the very first day. Our team works hard to get to know each resident as an individual, understanding what matters to them day to day, what their routines look like, and how they like to spend their time. We believe that good care comes from genuinely listening, and we take the time to do that properly. Families and loved ones are always welcome here, and we encourage them to stay involved and feel informed throughout their relative's time with us. We were pleased to receive a rating of "good" from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection, which reflects the commitment our staff bring to their work each and every day. We do not take that lightly, and we continue to look at how we can improve and grow as a home. Orchard Lodge is a place where people can feel at ease, maintain their independence where possible, and enjoy a good quality of life.
