Here at Oakley Lodge, we are proud to offer a warm and welcoming home for the people who live with us in the heart of Basingstoke, Hampshire. We support a diverse range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, people living with a learning disability or autism, and those who need short term respite care. Whatever brings someone to us, our aim is always the same: to make sure each person feels genuinely at home, respected, and valued as an individual. Residential care looks different for everyone, and we do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Whether someone is joining us for a longer term stay or a planned period of respite, we work closely with them and their families to make the transition as smooth and reassuring as possible. We encourage open communication and welcome visits, because we know how important those connections are to the wellbeing of the people we support. We are always happy to have a conversation, answer questions, or simply offer a cup of tea and a chat. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good, which reflects the hard work and genuine commitment of our whole team.
