About Enham Trust – Care Home Service (Michael & William Houses)
At Enham Trust Care Home in Andover, Hampshire, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and younger adults who need residential care or short term respite stays. We are made up of two houses, Michael House and William House, and together they form a warm, homely environment where the people we support can live well and feel genuinely at home. We understand that moving into a care home, or finding the right respite placement, is a significant decision for anyone and their family. That is why we take the time to get to know each person properly before they move in, understanding their routines, their preferences, what matters to them day to day and what they want their life to look like. Our support is shaped around the individual, not the other way around. Day to day life here is about more than just meeting care needs. We want the people we support to have opportunities to do things they enjoy, to maintain connections with their communities and to have a real say in how their support is provided. Whether someone needs a high level of physical support or is building greater independence, we work alongside them at their own pace. Our team is experienced in supporting people with a range of complex needs, and we work closely with families, health professionals and other partners to make sure everyone receives joined up, consistent care. We are proud that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, and we continue to look for ways to improve and develop what we offer. If you are looking for residential care or respite support for yourself or someone you care about, we would be very happy to have a conversation and to show you around. We always welcome visits and questions.
