About Tudor Rose
Here at Tudor Rose, we are proud to be a care home based in the heart of Alton, Hampshire, providing a warm and welcoming home for the people who live with us. We specialise in residential care for younger adults, including those living with a learning disability or autism. We understand that every person who comes to us has their own story, their own preferences and their own way of experiencing the world. Our approach starts from that understanding. We take the time to get to know each individual properly, building care around who they are rather than fitting them into a routine that suits us. For younger adults especially, we know how important it is to feel genuinely at home somewhere, to have a life that feels meaningful and full rather than simply managed. We work hard to make sure the people living here have real choice in their daily lives, whether that is in how they spend their time, what they eat, who they spend time with, or how they are supported with personal care. Our team brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to supporting people with a learning disability or autism. We are mindful that communication, sensory needs and individual routines matter enormously, and we put genuine effort into understanding and respecting these things every single day. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good, which reflects the commitment of everyone here to providing care that is safe, respectful and responsive. Alton is a lovely town and we are fortunate to be part of this community. If you would like to find out more about Tudor Rose or come and have a look around, we would genuinely love to hear from you.
