About Rivercourt Project Short Breaks
We are Rivercourt in Hammersmith and Fulham, a residential home offering short breaks and respite stays for older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of that and also clear about what it means. It is not a promise that nothing will ever go wrong here. It reflects the fact that we know the people who stay with us well, that our staff are properly supported, and that when something needs putting right we deal with it rather than explaining it away. Short stays are what we are set up for, and that shapes everything. Somebody coming here for a few days has to settle quickly, and that only happens if we have done the groundwork first. So we ask a great deal beforehand: how somebody likes their day to run, what they eat, what they enjoy, and what tends to unsettle them. Then we keep to it. Please contact us to look round or discuss a stay.
