About 23 Pierrepoint Road
Here at 23 Pierrepoint Road, we are a residential care home based in Ealing, London, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and younger adults who need a little extra help to live well day to day. We offer both long term residential care and respite care, so whether someone is joining us on a permanent basis or staying for a short break, we want them to feel genuinely at home here. We know that moving into or visiting a care home can feel like a big step, both for the person moving in and for their family, and we take that seriously. Our approach is straightforward. We get to know each person as an individual, understanding what matters to them, how they like their day to go, and what support actually looks like for them rather than applying a one size fits all approach. People have different communication styles, different routines and different goals, and our role is to work alongside them rather than simply doing things for them. We are located in a residential part of Ealing, which means our residents have access to local shops, green spaces and community life, things we actively encourage and support people to make the most of where they are able. We are aware that our most recent CQC inspection resulted in a rating of requires improvement, and we want to be honest about that. We have been working hard on the areas identified and are committed to making real, lasting improvements. Families and prospective residents deserve transparency, and we would rather be open about where we are and what we are doing about it than gloss over it. If you would like to find out more or arrange a visit, please do get in touch. We are always happy to have a conversation.
