About Inclusion House
Here at Inclusion House, we offer residential care for adults in the heart of Stourbridge, Dudley. We are proud to support people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and visual or hearing impairments. We also provide respite care, giving families and carers a much needed break while knowing their loved ones are in safe and familiar surroundings. We work primarily with younger adults, and we take the time to genuinely get to know each person who lives with us or stays with us. Everyone who walks through our door has their own story, their own preferences, and their own goals, and we think that matters enormously. Our approach is built around the individual rather than the routine, and we work hard to make sure that daily life here feels as normal, comfortable, and fulfilling as possible. Our team understands that moving into a care setting, or even just visiting for a short stay, can feel daunting. We try to make that transition as straightforward and reassuring as we can, keeping open communication with residents, their families, and any professionals involved in their care. We believe the people we support should have a real say in how their care looks and feels day to day. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of good, which reflects the effort and thought our team puts into everything we do here. That said, we never see a good rating as a reason to stand still. We are always looking at how we can improve and grow alongside the people we support.
