About Foxley Lane
We are a residential care home in Purley, supporting adults with a range of needs to live comfortably and with a real say in how their days go. We try to run the place as a household rather than a service, with people's own belongings, own routines and own preferences at the centre of it. We support older people who need help with personal care, mobility and daily life, and we support adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where our work is about backing somebody's independence in the form that genuinely suits them rather than in a form decided in advance. We also support younger adults and people with a physical disability, thinking carefully about how the house is arranged and how we work so that people can do as much for themselves as possible. Respite stays are available, which can give a family a planned break and can let somebody get used to us gradually before any longer decision is made. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We keep checking with the people who live here, in whatever way works for each of them, that they are happy with how things are, and we act on what they tell us. If you would like to visit, please get in touch and we will arrange a time that suits.
