About NAS House
Here at NAS House, we are a care home based in Croydon, supporting adults who need residential care, mental health support, or short term respite care. We understand that choosing the right care home is one of the most important decisions a person or family can make, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our team works hard to create an environment where the people we support feel genuinely at home. We focus on getting to know each individual properly, understanding their preferences, their history, and what matters most to them in their daily lives. Good care, in our view, is built on real relationships and consistent support rather than a one size fits all approach. We specialise in mental health, which means our staff are experienced in supporting people who may be living with complex emotional or psychological needs alongside their day to day requirements. Whether someone is with us for a longer period of residential care or staying for a shorter respite break, we aim to provide the same level of thoughtful, attentive support throughout. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of good. That reflects the effort our whole team puts in every day, and it gives families some reassurance when they are considering us as an option for their loved one. Croydon is our home too, and we value being part of the local community. We encourage connections with the wider area and support the people in our care to maintain relationships with family and friends wherever possible. If you would like to find out more about what we offer or arrange a visit, we would be very happy to hear from you and answer any questions you might have.
