We are based in Harrow, in the London Borough of Brent, and we take real pride in being part of this community. The people we support are at the centre of everything we do. We take the time to get to know each individual, understanding their preferences, routines and goals so that the care and support we provide genuinely reflects who they are and what matters to them. Our team works hard to create an atmosphere that feels homely and welcoming rather than clinical. We believe that everyone who comes through our doors deserves to feel respected, comfortable and listened to. Whether someone is staying with us for a short break or on a longer term residential basis, we aim to make that experience as positive and fulfilling as possible. We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good across our overall assessment. We see this as an honest reflection of the commitment our team brings to their work each day, and it encourages us to keep improving and building on what we do well. If you are looking for short break or residential care for yourself or a family member, we would be very happy to have a conversation about whether we might be the right fit.
