About Care & Grace
Care and Grace is a home care agency in Birmingham, supporting adults in their own homes across the city. The people we work with are a wide mix: older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people with a physical disability or a sensory impairment, people managing a mental health condition, people living with an eating disorder and people affected by alcohol or drug misuse. Because that range is so broad, we match care workers to people deliberately rather than filling slots on a rota, and we train for the situations they will actually meet. Personal care in the morning and a visit that is mostly about structure and a reliable presence through a hard week are not the same job. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating. We say that plainly and would encourage anyone considering us to meet the manager and ask for references. If you are arranging support at home in the city, please get in touch and we will be honest about what we can do.
